Advent Appoints Visionary Leader Rachita Marwaha as Head of HR - APAC 

A seasoned HR and people leadership professional, Rachita brings exemplary experience across human resources strategy, talent management, organizational transformation, leadership development, and culture building. She is widely recognized for aligning people strategies with business objectives and driving sustainable growth through high-impact workforce initiatives.

Prior to joining Advent, Rachita spent more than six years with Visa, most recently serving as Head of People – India & South Asia, where she led the people function across business and corporate teams while serving as a member of the regional leadership team. During her tenure, she played a key role in strengthening organizational culture, leadership capabilities, talent development, and employee engagement.

Earlier in her career, she held HR leadership positions at Axis Bank, Tata Motors, and Tata Communications, building deep expertise across workforce transformation, talent strategy, organizational effectiveness, and change management.
