With more than three decades of outstanding leadership experience, Brajesh Jha brings deep expertise across enterprise software, technology, media, and digital transformation. Throughout his career, he has successfully led large-scale business operations, built high-growth organizations, and driven innovation across global enterprises.

Prior to joining RWS Group, Brajesh held senior leadership positions at Genpact, Sabre, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, and Tata Motors. His proven track record in scaling market-leading businesses and delivering transformational growth makes him well-positioned to lead the Transform Business Unit across the Americas.
