Deeptech
Founded in 2021, Quanfluence will use the fresh capital to develop a full-stack photonic quantum computing platform integrating photonic chips, control electronics and software. The company aims to develop early quantum processors by 2027 and larger, scalable quantum machines by 2029.
Quanfluence has already commercialised its optical Ising machine, with three machines sold and paid pilots underway with 10–15 corporations. Its technology is designed to address complex optimisation problems across enterprise and industrial applications.
Why It Matters
Quanfluence’s latest funding highlights growing investor interest in India’s quantum computing ecosystem and the push to move photonic quantum technologies from research towards commercial deployment. Its integrated hardware-software approach could also contribute to emerging quantum computing applications for enterprises.
