PwC India has promoted Sudipta Ghosh to Chief Delivery Officer, expanding his leadership responsibilities after more than 27 years with the firm. In his new role, Sudipta will focus on strengthening delivery excellence, advancing analytics capabilities and developing technology-led business solutions.
Sudipta joined PwC as a consultant and progressed through senior consulting and director positions before becoming a partner. His experience spans enterprise technology, analytics and business transformation, with a focus on connecting technology capabilities with business priorities.
As Analytics Leader, Sudipta has worked across business intelligence and corporate performance management, including planning, budgeting, consolidation and performance reporting. His expertise combines technology implementation with data-driven business decision-making.
Before joining PwC, Sudipta began his professional career as a Software Engineer at IBM Global Services, building a foundation in technology before moving into consulting and leadership.
His expanded responsibilities will support PwC India's focus on delivery effectiveness, analytics-led solutions and technology-enabled business outcomes.
