A certified Thomas Profiling expert, Puneet is skilled in psychometric assessments and proficient in HR platforms such as SAP, SuccessFactors, and ERP systems. His leadership roles at Sembcorp, Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy, ACME, Adani Solar, and Moser Baer Solar highlight his ability to scale talent functions, lead HR transformation, and support greenfield organizational setups.
