Prudential Financial Inc. (PFI), a Fortune 200 financial services company, has opened its first Innovation Centre in India in Gurugram, Haryana, strengthening its global capabilities and expanding its innovation presence in the country.
The new centre will support PFI’s businesses across global markets, bringing together teams working across finance, artificial intelligence, technology and emerging areas. The facility will serve as a hub for developing capabilities and supporting the company’s worldwide operations from India.
The Innovation Centre was inaugurated in the presence of Rao Narbir Singh, Industries and Commerce Minister, Government of Haryana, alongside government officials, PFI Innovation Centre India leadership and employees.
The launch highlights India’s growing importance as a hub for technology, innovation and specialised talent within the global financial services sector. By bringing together expertise across AI, finance and technology, the Gurugram centre is expected to contribute to PFI’s broader digital and innovation initiatives while supporting its businesses worldwide.
