Priyanka Nayak has been appointed Vice President – Human Resources | Talent Strategy & Employer Brand at HDFC ERGO General Insurance, where she will focus on enterprise talent strategy, employer branding and internal communications.
With exemplary experience across talent management, learning and development, employee experience and organisational capability building, Priyanka brings a strong background in shaping people and talent initiatives.
Before joining HDFC ERGO, she served as Senior Manager, Human Resources at Bain & Company. Her career also includes leadership roles in employee experience and learning at Nium and learning and development at Boston Consulting Group (BCG).
Earlier in her career, Priyanka held roles at Capgemini, XL Dynamics India and Info Edge India, gaining experience across human resources, learning, employee engagement and client relations.
In her new role, she will contribute to strengthening HDFC ERGO’s talent strategy, employee experience and employer brand initiatives.
