With more than 18 years of experience across Singapore, China, and the wider APAC region, Pratik brings deep expertise in strategy execution, client leadership, people advisory, and business growth.
He joined BTS in 2022 as Director, South East Asia, working with leaders and organisations to translate strategy into action and measurable results. He was promoted to Senior Director in December 2025.
Before joining BTS, Pratik spent over eight years with Universum, where he progressed through consulting leadership roles in Shanghai and Singapore before becoming Head of Advisory, APAC. He also held roles with ITR, independent strategy consulting, and Tata Consultancy Services.
