CapitaLand has announced the appointment of Prasad Y Tilve as Vice President - Global Hyperscale Business and India Leasing, marking a significant leadership elevation as the company strengthens its hyperscale and data centre growth strategy across India and the APAC region.

With over 30 years of extensive experience across business development, investments, strategic planning, product management, pre-sales, marketing, channels, and strategic alliances, Prasad brings deep domain expertise in data centre infrastructure, hyperscale deal structuring, and cloud ecosystems. In his expanded role, he will support global hyperscale customers, drive India leasing operations, and contribute to CapitaLand’s regional expansion initiatives.

Prasad has been associated with CapitaLand for over four years, most recently serving as Head – Strategy and Hyperscale Business Development, where he played a pivotal role in strengthening market positioning, P&L leadership, and enterprise engagement. His earlier career includes senior leadership roles at NTT Global Data Centers, ADC Communications, TVS Interconnect, and Avery Weigh-Tronix, building a strong foundation in alliances, channels, and large-scale infrastructure solutions.

His appointment reinforces CapitaLand’s focus on scalable growth, strategic partnerships, and leadership-driven transformation in the hyperscale and data centre space.
