UKG has appointed Prakash Kota as Chief Transformation Officer, effective October 2026, while he continues to lead the company's Enterprise Solutions & Experience and Procurement teams. In his expanded role, Prakash will drive cross-functional transformation initiatives focused on improving operational effectiveness, employee experiences and customer outcomes.
Prakash previously served as Chief Information Officer at UKG from April 2025 to October 2026. Before joining UKG, he spent 20 years at Autodesk, including more than seven years as Chief Information Officer. During his tenure, he held several leadership positions across IT, enterprise operations, infrastructure, DevOps and quality assurance.
His extensive experience spans enterprise technology, digital transformation, operational excellence and technology strategy, providing a strong foundation for leading organisation-wide change.
At UKG, Prakash will work with business and technology leaders to identify strategic opportunities, redesign processes, enable organisational change and measure business impact. His priorities include leveraging AI to transform workflows while ensuring that technology adoption is supported by effective processes and people-centred approaches.
