Poly Singh Arora has been appointed Chief People Officer at Adani Green Energy Ltd., bringing over 23 years of experience in human resources, talent management, organizational transformation, and strategic business partnering.
Prior to joining Adani Green Energy, Poly served as Head – HR at Mumbai International Airport Limited (CSMIA), where she partnered with the leadership team to drive HR transformation and strengthen organizational capability. Earlier, she spent nearly six years at VFS Global as Regional HR Head – South Asia, leading HR strategy across multiple geographies. She also held leadership roles at Vodafone India, where she contributed to talent management, organizational effectiveness, leadership development, and performance management.
In her new role, Poly will lead Adani Green Energy's people strategy, focusing on leadership capability, talent development, workforce planning, employee engagement, and aligning human capital initiatives with the company's long-term growth and sustainability objectives.
