Piramal Critical Care has appointed Industry Veteran Brian Guy as President and Chief Operating Officer (COO), bringing over 25 years of pharmaceutical industry experience to the company’s leadership team.
Brian brings extensive expertise in strategic growth, global market expansion and operational excellence, particularly in specialty generics. His experience spans cross-functional leadership, supplier partnerships, regulatory strategy and go-to-market execution, with a focus on building sustainable business growth across international markets.
Before joining Piramal Critical Care, Brian served as President and Chief Commercial Officer at Breckenridge Pharmaceutical in the United States for over six years. He previously held the position of President at the company, contributing to its business planning, commercial strategy and organisational development.
Throughout his career, Brian has focused on strengthening commercial performance, developing high-performing teams and navigating complex pharmaceutical markets. His leadership approach combines data-driven decision-making with industry expertise to support business expansion and operational efficiency.
In his new role, Brian will bring his experience in pharmaceutical operations and strategic leadership to Piramal Critical Care as the company continues to advance its global business priorities.
