Prathima brings exemplary leadership experience from ENGIE North America Inc., where she led large-scale HR transformation initiatives, organizational integration, and talent strategies across the United States and Canada. Her career journey also includes impactful roles at Easter Seals Bay Area and the Employment Development Department, where she focused on building scalable workforce solutions and inclusive workplace cultures.

In her new role, Prathima will play a key role in advancing Pattern Energy’s people strategy, driving organizational culture, and enabling talent growth at scale.
