In his new role, Jenender will lead the automotive refinish portfolio, driving India-first growth initiatives, strengthening OEM partnership platforms, and enabling scalable, secure, and future-ready operations aligned with business objectives across India, Nepal, and IndoKote.

Jenender brings 32 years of leadership experience, having previously served as President at Svarn Group and held senior roles at ExxonMobil, Goodyear, MRF, Shriram Pistons, and Revolt Motors. His journey positions the group to build a strong foundation for long-term organizational success.
