Prior to joining NextPharma, Mauri served for nearly six years as Chief Human Resources Officer at ERIKS, where she was part of the Management Board and supported digital transformation, growth and people initiatives. Earlier, she held senior HR leadership roles at Staples Solutions and Staples Europe, and spent more than a decade with Randstad across HR, rewards, organizational development, change and M&A.
In her new role, Mauri will lead NextPharma’s people agenda and shape the company’s HR vision, mission and roadmap. Her expertise in talent development, cultural transformation, HR technology and organizational change positions her to support a future-ready workforce and sustainable growth.
