Visionary Leader Naveen Narayanan has been appointed Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Biocon, marking a key leadership move to strengthen the organization’s global people strategy.

In his new role, Naveen will lead talent development, organizational transformation, and the cultivation of a high-performance culture aligned with Biocon’s growth ambitions. He will play a critical role in shaping scalable HR frameworks and driving strategic workforce initiatives across global operations.

Naveen brings exemplary experience in leading HR transformation across multinational organizations. Most recently, he served as Global Head of Human Resources at Biocon Biologics. His career also includes leadership roles at Kpisoft SAS, Publicis Sapient, HCLTech, Accenture, and Standard Chartered Bank.

An Executive MBA graduate from Indian Institute of Management Calcutta, he brings strong strategic insight to his leadership.
