In a strategic leadership appointment, NatWest Group has named Visionary Leader Ritu Tushir as Head of Human Resources, India. This move reinforces the organization’s focus on advancing its people agenda, strengthening leadership pipelines, and fostering a high-performance, people-centric culture across its India operations.

Ritu brings over two decades of extensive HR leadership experience across global financial services and enterprise organizations. Prior to this, Ritu served as Head of HR for Asia Pacific Servicing Centers at Northern Trust. Ritu also spent nearly seven years at American Express, where she held key leadership roles including Vice President and Director – Human Resources, driving talent strategy, organizational transformation, and multi-geography culture initiatives. Earlier, Ritu held HR leadership positions at Whirlpool Corporation and Genpact, supporting large-scale BFSI operations.
