KPMG India has appointed Minal Agarwal as Director – Indirect Tax, bringing extensive experience across taxation, financial advisory, compliance and professional education.
Minal joins KPMG India after nearly four years as Senior Manager at EY, where she worked on tax and advisory matters. Her professional expertise spans indirect taxation, tax planning, financial consultancy, company compliance, fundraising, wealth management and startup advisory.
Alongside her corporate career, Minal has contributed extensively to professional education and financial awareness. She serves as Co-Editor of Professional Times E-Newsletter and has written on personal finance and taxation for publications including Economic Times Wealth, Navbharat Times and Times of India.
She has also served as a visiting faculty member for CA, CS and CWA institutes, conducting soft-skills sessions for more than 5,000 students, and regularly speaks on Budget and GST-related topics.
