Midland Microfin Ltd. has appointed Hasan Sadat as Business Head – East, where he will focus on driving business growth and strengthening operations across the eastern region. Hasan brings extensive experience across financial inclusion, microfinance and banking, with expertise spanning business leadership, micro home loans, sales, portfolio management, branch operations and customer service. His experience also includes leading large regional teams across multiple banking and financial services businesses.
Before taking up his new role, Hasan was associated with Midland Microfin. He has also held roles at Bandhan Bank, Bharat Financial Inclusion Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of IndusInd Bank Ltd., IndusInd Bank and Swadhaar FinServe Pvt Ltd. At Midland Microfin, Hasan will leverage his experience in financial services and regional business management to support growth, strengthen operations and expand the company’s presence across the eastern market.
