MiPhi Semiconductors, the joint venture between Micromax Informatics and Phison Electronics, has appointed Nupur Shrivastava as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), strengthening its leadership team as it expands its memory, storage and AI infrastructure capabilities in India.
Nupur brings more than two decades of HR leadership experience across global technology companies including Intel, Arm, Nokia and Honeywell. Most recently, she served as Head of People and HR Senior Director for Intel India and APAC, leading people strategy across more than 10 countries and supporting engineering, product, foundry, sales and corporate operations. At MiPhi, Nupur will lead people and organisational strategy, with a focus on leadership development, talent acquisition and development, organisational culture, workforce scalability and building capabilities for the company’s next phase of growth.
