BlackRock has announced the appointment of Mehul Jain as Vice President – Human Resources, where she leads the strategic people mandate for the global asset management leader. Based in Gurugram, Mehul is responsible for driving organizational culture, talent strategy, and HR excellence within one of the firm’s key global talent hubs.

This executive appointment follows a successful tenure at EPAM Systems, where she served as Senior Manager People Advisor and DEI India Lead, overseeing 3,000 professionals and coaching HR teams to become strategic business partners.

Mehul brings a distinguished 12-year career from Cognizant, holding leadership positions including HRBP Lead for Digital Engineering in the UK & Ireland and Talent Management Lead for Continental Europe. Her expertise spans change management, global mobility, and data-driven talent analytics. This appointment reflects BlackRock’s commitment to merging extensive international experience with a proven track record in DEI and leadership development to spearhead its human resources mandate.
