Medtronic has appointed Visionary Leader Abhisek Saran as Director – Customer Care & Order Operations, India, effective March 2026. The move reinforces the company’s focus on strengthening customer experience and operational excellence across India’s complex healthcare ecosystem.

Abhisek brings over 17 years of experience in supply chain transformation, strategy, and operational leadership across FMCG, life sciences, and industrial sectors. Abhisek joins from Avery Dennison, where he served as Supply Chain Director for South Asia and played a pivotal role in institutionalizing regional S&OP processes across APAC. His earlier career includes key roles at Accenture Strategy, Johnson & Johnson, and Britannia Industries.

In his new role, Abhisek will lead order-to-cash optimization, enhance service delivery, and drive digital transformation across customer care operations, aligning operational efficiency with Medtronic’s growth strategy in India.
