Before joining Marzoli, he served at Vitesco Technologies for over five years, where he held key leadership roles including Category Manager and Plant Purchasing Lead, optimizing procurement functions across multiple facilities.

Earlier, during his decade-long tenure at Magneti Marelli, Chinmay led procurement strategies in the Electronic Systems and Powertrain verticals, managing complex supplier networks and global sourcing operations. His appointment comes as Marzoli strengthens its manufacturing footprint and supply chain resilience in India.
