Hind Rectifiers Ltd (Hirect) has announced the appointment of Mr. Manoj Nair as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP). With over 30 years of leadership experience spanning the manufacturing, power, and infrastructure sectors, Mr. Nair brings deep strategic insight and operational excellence to his new role.

Prior to joining Hirect, he served as CEO of IIMS Limited (CK Birla Group), where he successfully led large-scale business transformation and expansion initiatives. Earlier, during his tenure at Cummins India Ltd, he held multiple senior leadership roles including Vice President – Power Generation Business and Director – Industrial Business, managing key verticals such as rail, marine, mining, oil & gas, and defense.

At Hind Rectifiers, Mr. Nair will lead the company’s continued journey of growth, innovation, and technological excellence in power semiconductors, electronic systems, and railway technologies.
