Ashish joins Manappuram Finance after serving as Head – Retail Liabilities and Head – Bharat Banking at IDFC FIRST Bank, where he led key retail banking initiatives. His experience spans customer acquisition, business development and strategic banking operations.
Earlier, he held leadership roles at Fullerton India Credit Company Ltd. and ICICI Bank, where he worked across rural finance, product development, strategic initiatives, cross-sell, channel innovation and customer acquisition. His diverse experience across banking and financial services brings a strong combination of business leadership and market expertise to his new mandate.
