MGM Muthu Hotels has appointed Megha Baluja as Global Human Resources Director marking a significant leadership development as the international hospitality group advances its global growth and organizational transformation agenda.
In this role, Baluja will be responsible for shaping and executing the group’s global human resources strategy, with a strong emphasis on leadership capability building, talent architecture, organizational culture, and workforce scalability across multiple geographies.
Her appointment reflects MGM Muthu Hotels’ focus on embedding people excellence as a core driver of long-term business performance. Baluja brings deep and diverse HR leadership experience across sectors including hospitality, BFSI, skilling, and large-scale workforce solutions.
Prior to joining MGM Muthu Hotels, she held senior HR leadership roles at BLS International, Axis Max Life Insurance Limited, Max Skill First Limited, and Quess Corp Limited, where she led enterprise-wide HR transformation, culture integration, and talent modernization initiatives.
She began her career at Infosys, gaining early exposure to technology-driven operating models, structured talent systems, and global delivery environments-foundations that continue to shape her strategic and execution-oriented leadership approach.
Her appointment is expected to further strengthen MGM Muthu Hotels’ global people agenda as the group continues to expand its international footprint.
