Pooja Minocha has been appointed Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and Senior Vice President – Human Resources at Lumax Auto Technologies Limited, part of Lumax World. In her new role, she will lead the organization’s people strategy and spearhead key HR initiatives aimed at supporting business growth and driving organizational transformation.

Minocha brings extensive experience in human resources leadership across diverse industries, with a strong focus on talent management, workforce strategy, and organizational development. Prior to this appointment, she served as Vice President – Human Resources and CHRO at Bata India Limited.

Throughout her career, she has held senior HR leadership roles at leading global organizations including ADVANZ PHARMA, Merck, Bharti AXA Life Insurance, and IBM Daksh. Her cross-sector experience in building people-centric strategies and enabling high-performance cultures positions her to further strengthen Lumax Auto Technologies’ leadership and talent ecosystem.
