Lactalis USA has appointed Katherine Van Hise as Director, HR Workforce Technology & Payroll, where she will lead HR technology, workforce systems and payroll functions for the organisation.
Katherine has been with Lactalis USA for more than eight years, most recently serving as Assistant Director, HRIS, Payroll & Special Projects. She previously held roles including Senior Manager, HRIS and Special Projects, Manager, Human Resource Information Systems and Special Projects, and Senior Human Resources Analyst.
Before joining Lactalis USA, she served as Senior Human Resources Generalist at Precious Plate and Mercantile Adjustment Bureau, building experience across payroll, benefits administration, employee relations, HR systems, recruitment and compliance.
In her new role, Katherine will bring extensive experience in HR technology, payroll operations and process improvement to support Lactalis USA’s workforce and people operations.
