L&T Technology Services has welcomed Srinivas Thali Ramakrishna as Head of Delivery and Practice – Digital Manufacturing Services (PLM), marking an important leadership addition as it continues to strengthen its digital and technology capabilities. In his new role, Srinivas will lead the delivery excellence function, driving Siemens PLM practice initiatives, strengthening global manufacturing platforms, and enabling scalable, secure, and future-ready operations aligned with enterprise transformation goals across the digital manufacturing sector.

The appointment reflects the firm’s focus on leveraging technology as a key enabler of operational excellence, efficiency, and innovation. Srinivas will play a critical role in spearheading global stakeholder alignment, enhancing digital resilience, and supporting cross-functional teams with robust technology solutions across the global enterprise.

Srinivas brings over two decades of experience, having previously served in senior roles at ITC Infotech, HCL Technologies, PROLIM, Bosch India, and Geometric Ltd. His journey positions the group to build a strong foundation for long-term organizational success.
