Kapil Gill has joined AB InBev as Associate Director – Manufacturing, bringing extensive experience in manufacturing operations, engineering, supply chain, and consumer goods production.
Over the course of his career, Kapil has built strong expertise in manufacturing leadership, plant operations, engineering management, P&L ownership, production optimization, and supply chain efficiency. Prior to rejoining AB InBev, he held leadership roles at Perfetti Van Melle, Pernod Ricard India, and AB InBev India, where he led critical manufacturing, technical, and engineering initiatives across large-scale production facilities.
In his new role, Kapil will lead key manufacturing operations, drive operational excellence, enhance production efficiency, and support AB InBev's manufacturing strategy and business growth.
