Visionary Leader Kamaljeet Kaur is set to assume the role of Chief Human Resource Officer at R R Kabel Limited effective March 9, 2026, bringing over two decades of cross-sector HR leadership experience spanning infrastructure, manufacturing, financial services, and consumer industries.

Most recently, she served as Chief People Officer at Gensol Group. Prior to that, she was Director and Group Chief Human Resources Officer at Sterlite Electric, where she led enterprise-wide HR strategy for large-scale infrastructure operations. She also held the role of Chief Human Resources Officer at Serentica and served as Assistant Vice President – Human Resources at Jubilant FoodWorks Ltd..

Her earlier leadership journey includes roles at Heidelberg Materials, HDFC Bank, Wrigley, and Hero MotoCorp.

Her appointment reinforces R R Kabel’s focus on talent transformation and organizational excellence.
