In an effort to add muscle to its existing management cadre, the Grasim Industries Limited has named Mr. Jaydeep Mondal as Vice President & Unit Head. This is one step more in their commitment towards manufacturing, plant operations, process improvement, and sustainable industrialization.

Mr. Jaydeep Mondal, through a span of over two decades, has extensive experience in chemicals, manufacturing, process engineering, and industrial operations. Before joining Grasim Industries Limited, he worked with Coromandel International Limited as Senior General Manager & Unit Head and General Manager & Unit Head where he contributed significantly to improving plant operations, promoting manufacturing excellence, and improving overall operations performance.

Throughout his career, he has worked with some leading companies as Intech Organics Limited, LANXESS, UPL, Orica, Hindustan Copper Limited, Welspun World Group, and Granton Marketing BV. His areas of expertise include process engineering, plant management, production operations, operational transformation, and industrial process optimization.
