Jaswinder Sandhu has taken on the role of COO – Reliance Real Estate at Reliance Industries Limited. He brings more than two decades of experience in real estate development, EPC, project execution, engineering, procurement, construction and project controls. Before joining Reliance Industries, he spent over five years with DLF Limited, where he held senior leadership roles including BU Head – Sr. ED, Executive Director – Projects and Head EPC – EVP Gurgaon & North.
Earlier, he spent nearly 19 years with Oberoi Realty, progressing from Trainee to GM Projects, VP – Projects and eventually Head & EVP – EPC. At Oberoi Realty, he headed Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Project Controls and Property Management functions, while also leading the flagship 360 West mixed-use project. His extensive experience across DLF Limited and Oberoi Realty spans large-scale project execution, EPC leadership and real estate operations, bringing significant industry experience to his new role at Reliance Industries.
