JPMorganChase has appointed Grace Tam as Managing Director and Head of Ask JPMC Advisory, strengthening its focus on enterprise advisory services and leadership support.
Grace joins JPMorganChase from Deutsche Bank, where she most recently served as Head of Human Resources, Americas, Managing Director. In this role, she led the HR organisation across the United States and Latin America, developing and executing regional and global HR strategies.
Before Deutsche Bank, Grace spent over seven years at DWS Group as Head of Human Resources, Americas and Global Head of Employee Relations Governance. She also spent more than two decades at Deutsche Bank in senior human resources and advisory roles, building expertise in HR strategy, organisational transformation, governance and business advisory.
In her new role, Grace will focus on evolving the Ask JPMC Advisory model by integrating technology, insights and expert guidance to better support leaders and managers across the organisation.
