Infosys and NVIDIA Partner to Develop Generative AI Solutions for Telecom Sector

Infosys Ltd. and NVIDIA Corporation have announced an expanded partnership to create advanced generative AI solutions for telecom operators, according to a recent regulatory filing. Infosys is leveraging its AI platform, Topaz, along with NVIDIA’s technologies to develop solutions tailored for the telecom industry. These include the use of NVIDIA’s NIM inference microservices, NeMo Retriever embedding models, and NeMo Guardrails for customizing large-language models specific to telecom.

 

Additionally, NVIDIA Riva is being utilized for real-time transcription and translation services for call center agents. This collaboration aims to enhance telecom productivity by streamlining operations, improving network efficiency, and elevating customer service.
