With over 25 years of experience across finance, governance, internal audit, and business strategy, Vimal has built a distinguished career driving governance excellence, strengthening internal controls, and enabling leadership teams to execute transformational growth initiatives. His professional journey includes leadership roles at PepsiCo India, Mahindra Lifespaces, and Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limited, where he contributed significantly to operational efficiency and strategic decision-making.
