Bringing nearly three decades of experience, Tushar is a seasoned business leader with deep expertise in enterprise technology, digital transformation, automation, managed services, revenue growth, and strategic business development. Throughout his career, he has held key leadership positions at SAP, Accenture, Airtel Business, Automation Anywhere, and Bizongo, where he successfully led large-scale growth initiatives, customer-centric transformation programs, and technology-driven innovation strategies.

In his new role, Tushar will spearhead the expansion of JoulestoWatts’ AI-powered managed services business while establishing an AI-first Sales Center of Excellence. His leadership will focus on helping Global Capability Centers (GCCs) and enterprises harness the power of artificial intelligence, automation, and digital innovation to drive business value, operational efficiency, and sustainable growth in an increasingly technology-driven marketplace.
