Siraj Azmat Chaudhry is set to assume the role of Independent Director at Sanofi India, effective April 1, 2026. In this strategic position, he will play a pivotal role in strengthening corporate governance, enhancing compliance frameworks, and guiding long-term value creation for stakeholders.

With over three decades of leadership experience spanning FMCG, agri-business, and commodities, Chaudhry brings a well-rounded perspective to the board. He currently serves as Partner at Agvaya LLP and holds board positions at Triveni Engineering & Industries Limited and Jubilant Ingrevia Limited.

Previously, as Chairman and CEO of Cargill India, he led a significant business transformation, strengthening its presence across both consumer and institutional segments. His expertise in business strategy, market expansion, and governance is expected to add substantial depth to Sanofi India’s leadership.
