Zscaler has appointed Ross Tackett as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), effective October 1, 2026, expanding his leadership mandate across the company’s global revenue operations, sales organisation, strategic partner ecosystem and go-to-market execution.
He most recently served as Zscaler’s Head of Worldwide Sales and has been with the cybersecurity company for three years. He brings more than three decades of technology sales leadership experience, with a track record spanning enterprise go-to-market operations, international expansion and revenue team development.
Before joining Zscaler, Tackett spent more than a decade in sales leadership roles at ServiceNow and over 16 years at Dell.
In his new role, Tackett will focus on scaling Zscaler’s global commercial operations and expanding adoption of its Zero Trust security platform.
