Niraj Kumar is set to take on the role of Chief Financial Officer and Chief Risk Officer at Bombay Dyeing, effective March 31, 2026. In this dual leadership position, he will oversee the organization’s financial strategy, enterprise risk management, and governance frameworks to ensure long-term stability and sustainable growth.

Niraj brings a wealth of experience across finance, risk, and business transformation. He currently serves as Finance Controller at Adani Airport Holdings Ltd and has previously held Chief Financial Officer roles at Mumbai Travel Retail and GO FIRST. His career also includes over a decade at Vodafone, where he managed multiple finance leadership responsibilities, along with earlier experience at EY.

With deep expertise in financial planning, compliance, cost optimization, and risk governance, Niraj is well-positioned to strengthen Bombay Dyeing’s financial resilience and drive strategic transformation.
