Nestlé Lanka Limited has announced the appointment of Manav Sahni as its new Chairman & Managing Director, marking an important leadership transition for the company as it continues to strengthen its presence in the Sri Lankan FMCG market.

With more than 18 years of exemplary experience across the FMCG and Telecom sectors, Manav Sahni brings a strong track record in business leadership, strategic growth, and category development. Prior to this role, he led Nestlé’s Dairy business for the South Asia Region, where he played a key role in driving innovation, operational excellence, and regional business expansion. He has also held leadership positions at Marico Limited and airtel, gaining extensive cross-industry expertise.

Under Sahni’s leadership, Nestlé Lanka Limited is expected to further accelerate its focus on sustainability initiatives, community engagement, customer-centric innovation, and long-term business growth aligned with the broader vision of the Nestlé Group.
