With over two decades of experience across banking, fintech, and collections technology, Kapil has demonstrated deep expertise in process optimization, business transformation, and AI-driven debt recovery solutions. In his new role, he will oversee end-to-end operations at Spocto X, driving efficiency, innovation, and scalability for the company’s flagship SmartCollect platform, which leverages artificial intelligence and machine learning to enable seamless, contactless collections.

Previously, Kapil served as Senior Vice President – Fullstack Collections and Vice President – Business Unit Head, SmartCollect, leading initiatives that streamlined processes and enhanced operational effectiveness. His prior leadership roles at IIFL Home Loans, Conneqt Business Solutions, Zee Entertainment Enterprises, and ICICI Bank further reflect his proven ability to deliver results in dynamic environments.
