Kailash brings over three decades of leadership experience in operations and supply chain management, with a strong track record in building efficient, high-quality manufacturing ecosystems. Kailash has led large-scale operational transformations, driving process optimization, quality assurance, and supply chain resilience across complex industrial and healthcare environments.

In his new role, Kailash will oversee technical operations, focusing on enhancing production efficiency, ensuring regulatory compliance, and advancing innovation-led manufacturing practices.
