PESCO Holding (UAE) has announced the appointment of Ajay Pratap Singh as its new Chief Growth Officer. Ajay will oversee critical functions including Business Strategy, Joint Ventures, Partnerships, Expansion, Investment, and Risk Management across PESCO’s diversified operations in Power, Contracting, Fabrication (ADNOC approved), Offshore Services, and Technical Resources.

With over 20 years of experience, Ajay has held leadership roles at industry leaders such as Praj Industries, Tata Consulting Engineers, GOL Offshore, Walchandnagar Industries, and Lahmeyer International (TRACTEBEL). He brings a global business perspective, strategic acumen, and a proven track record in driving growth, securing multi-billion-dollar EPC contracts, and building high-impact alliances.

Prior to joining PESCO, Ajay served as Vice President and Business Head at Praj Industries and as Head of Sales & General Manager for EMEA at Tata Consulting Engineers, where he shaped market strategy and accelerated business expansion.

In his new role, Ajay will lead PESCO’s growth initiatives, strengthening its presence across the GCC, Africa, and North America, and driving sustainable, technology-led expansion.
