Vivek Srivastava has been appointed as Executive Director & Group CEO at Kineco Limited, strengthening the company’s leadership as it accelerates growth across advanced composites, aerospace, defence, railways, and next-generation manufacturing sectors.

With over three decades of leadership experience, Vivek has built an impressive track record in advanced manufacturing, clean energy, mobility, infrastructure, and large-scale business transformation. Prior to joining Kineco, he served as CEO of India Business at Suzlon Group and earlier as Group CEO at Waaree Group, where he played a key role in scaling the organization into a leading integrated renewable energy enterprise.

He also spent nearly two decades at Reliance Industries Limited, leading strategic initiatives across petroleum retail, EPC, mobility infrastructure, technology, and international business expansion. Vivek began his professional journey with Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited.
