Lentra has appointed Rajesh Kumar as Chief Executive Officer, bringing over three decades of leadership experience across retail banking, SaaS, and analytics-driven financial solutions. His appointment marks a strategic move to accelerate the company’s growth and strengthen its position in the digital lending ecosystem.

Prior to joining Lentra, Rajesh Kumar served as Managing Director and CEO at TransUnion CIBIL Limited, where he played a key role in advancing credit information systems and data-driven decision-making. He also held a significant leadership position at HDFC Bank as Group Head – Retail Credit and Risk, contributing to the development of robust credit frameworks and risk management strategies.

In his new role, Rajesh will focus on enhancing Lentra’s technology platforms, expanding its analytics capabilities, and enabling financial institutions to make smarter, data-backed lending decisions. His expertise in scaling large portfolios and driving innovation is expected to propel Lentra into its next phase of growth.
