Sharad brings nearly three decades of exemplary experience in the insurance industry, with a strong background in distribution, risk management, business strategy and customer service. Before joining IndusInd General Insurance, he held leadership positions at Universal Sompo General Insurance, SBI General Insurance and ICICI Lombard.
During his more than six years at Universal Sompo General Insurance, Sharad led initiatives focused on expanding distribution networks, strengthening risk management practices and enhancing customer service through technology-led solutions.
At IndusInd General Insurance, his priorities include advancing digital innovation, improving customer experience, building stronger distribution partnerships and driving sustainable, profitable growth.
His extensive industry experience is expected to support the company’s strategic ambitions and strengthen its focus on customer-centric insurance solutions.
