The organisation Impetus has welcomed Shikha Kandoi as Chief Financial Officer, marking an important leadership addition as it continues to strengthen its digital and technology capabilities. Shikha brings close to two decades of extensive finance leadership experience, with deep expertise in global FP&A, finance transformation, and strategic leadership. Prior to joining the organisation, she was associated with Wipro, where she served as CFO for Business Process Services. Her professional journey also includes early career experience at ITC Limited.
