IKP Knowledge Park has appointed Satya Prakash Dash as its new Chief Executive Officer, marking a key leadership development as the organisation accelerates its next phase of growth. Dr. Dash brings over 28 years of leadership experience spanning science, innovation, and ecosystem development across industry, government, global non-profits, and startup ecosystems.

Prior to joining IKP Knowledge Park, Dr. Dash held senior leadership roles at bigtec Private Limited, Biotechnology Industry Research Assistance Council (BIRAC), PATH, Venture Center, and the Association of Biotechnology Led Enterprises (ABLE). Across these roles, he has been instrumental in strengthening innovation ecosystems, enabling research translation, and supporting the commercialisation of science-led solutions with real-world impact.

As CEO, Dr. Dash will focus on advancing IKP Knowledge Park’s mission of enabling science-driven innovation, deep-tech entrepreneurship, and collaborative ecosystems. His leadership is expected to further enhance IKP’s role in bridging research and industry, supporting startups, and scaling impactful technologies across sectors.
