Renaissa has been associated with Hitachi Digital since August 2019, when she joined as Assistant Manager- Marketing Communications. She was subsequently elevated to Deputy Manager- Marketing and Communications in January 2023 and took on the role of Internal Communications Lead-India in January 2025.
Before joining Hitachi Digital, she worked at Fiserv and NXP Semiconductors, handling branding, corporate communications, media relations, internal engagement and CSR initiatives. Earlier in her career, she held communications and PR roles at Rupa Publications India, Aleph Book Company, Om Books International and Value 360 Communications.
In her new role, Renaissa will lead marketing and communications initiatives for Hitachi Digital in India, drawing on her experience in brand building, stakeholder engagement and strategic communications.
